Aaron Merrifield

Aaron Merrifield is our AI Consultant, working out of the Technical Specialists team.

He's been in IT since 2006, and he started at OSIT as a Support Engineer, then worked through Senior Support Engineer, Partner and Service Quality Manager before moving into AI consulting.

Those 20 years gave him a deep grounding in managed service delivery, including ConnectWise PSA, service analytics, reporting and quality assurance. Just as importantly, he understands process. He knows what good looks like when a business is running smoothly, and he knows what it looks like when people are quietly working around problems just to keep things moving.

That’s the perspective he now brings to AI.

Today, Aaron works with clients on AI strategy, adoption and process automation, from the first discovery session through to a governed, working deployment. That includes helping teams use tools like Claude safely in day-to-day work, training the people who’ll actually be using them, building automations for repetitive tasks, and connecting AI to the line-of-business systems the business already relies on.
