“You either got fortunate and were able to do what you needed, or your connection would drop out and you’d spend 5 mins trying to log in all over again…. It became something that I dreaded logging into”, says Hilmer.

Office Solutions IT rolled out a suite of Microsoft 365 apps and services to remove Vimy’s reliance on their on-premise resources and help them to hit their business objectives. Specifically:
- Exchange online for email,
- Office Apps and Microsoft Teams for collaboration,
- Azure Active Directory for identity management,
- Microsoft Intune for device management; and
- Microsoft Defender and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for security.
