Midway Community Care (Midway) is a healthcare non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering people with disabilities. They offer a variety of inclusive support and development programs, including supported independent living, individualised living, community inclusion, flexible support, and independence development.
Founded in 1987, Midway continues to provide healthcare and assisted living services to the disabled community in the Peel Region, opening opportunities for disabled individuals to harness their economic, social, and cultural potential.
Recognising the crucial role IT plays in their mission to improve the lives of disabled individuals, Midway realised the need to enhance their existing IT systems, support, and cybersecurity to keep up with their growing operations. They sought a managed IT service to enhance their technical capabilities and better serve their community.
